AET Extending Good Autism Practice 21/01/20

This module is designed to build on the learning developed through ‘good autism practice’ by enabling delegates to deepen their understanding of autism and the implications for practice.
This training is suitable for practitioners working with children on the autism spectrum.
The training will:
·         enable practitioners to extend and enhance their knowledge and understanding of good autism practice.
·         enable practitioners to reflect on their own practice and share this more widely across settings or with partners i.e., families and other professionals.
·         develop practitioners understanding of the graduated approach and how this can support children on the autism spectrum.

Cancellations of places should be notified to The SEND Teaching School in writing. Cancellations received within 2 working weeks of the course start date will be subject to a 50% payment of the fee paid. Cancellations received within 1 week of the course start date will incur the full fee. Failure to attend a course will be considered a cancellation and will incur the full fee. If the course or any part of the course is cancelled by The SEND Teaching School, we will initially seek to re-programme the dates. If this is not possible, we will return any booking deposit or fee paid.
